To see which Psalms to sing, go to the day of the month on this calendar. For instance, day 17 shows the numbers 80-81 / 82-83 / 84-86
. What this means is, sing Psalms 80-81 in the morning, Psalms 82-83 at lunch, and Psalms 84-86 between 3pm and the time you go to sleep. The other days on the calendar are numbered in the same way.
If it is too hard to sing at 3 different times of day, you can sing the Psalms for the day all at once. This should take between 15 and 20 minutes.
It is customary in Jewish synagogues to sing the Song of Moses (Deuteronomy 32:1-43) every Sabbath. This is a good custom which I have also adopted recently. It is as powerful as any of the Psalms.
